Leader in Sales and Sales Trainer

Michael has been with us from the beginning. He joined the team over 18 years ago. A true leader in this industry.He is our sales trainer and marketing expert. He doesn't look like it in this picture but he is hilarious. He wrote the book on luxury real estate sales and teaches a process for selling the finest real estate in the country. He brings thirty-five years of experience in the luxury real estate market. He sells his heart out. A former Class A golf professional, active scuba diver (master diver license), loves skiing and his family.



James Carroll CFO
The bean counter. James is a huge University of Oklahoma fan, where he received a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Finance. Yep, an engineer who loves accounting and tax preparation. He doesn't say much but when he does we all listen. He has never been wrong about anything.That's a fact.

Having traveled the world and experiencing first-hand the difference a superior level of service makes, it was Jamie's desire to create a team of experts in their field who would accentuate a developer's product. Selling, Service and Design with an emphasis on Quality and Integrity, is exactly what she has modeled her company after. With an interior design background, Jamie has worked directly with builders in communities to create design packages and turn out the luxury product demanded by the developer. She also styles events and works closely with Michelle Raslack on catering and promotional events, as well as intimate functions for individual clients to assist the developer.

Retired U.S. Government Logistics Manager. Founder of Modus 
Deana is the operations manager and oversees all company contracts, human resources and real estate compliance.
She created a company that is just like her; integrity, hard work and commitment to excellence, defines her exactly. She holds a Masters in English and red-lines everything we write because perfect grammar is a dying art in her mind. That's an asset around this company because half of us are dyslexic.

After a thriving career in the food, beverage and interior design industry as a co-owner of a successful catering and event styling company, mainly geared toward high-profile clients; we are pleased to welcome Michelle Raslack to the team. She handles our special real estate events, grand openings, and IPO's (initial property offerings).
